If you're tired of your same old workout routine, come to Allegiance Fitness to try our high-intensity interval Revolutions which focus on non-conventional functional exercises that promote strength and endurance. You'll be climbing 20-foot rope, battling ropes, scaling cargo nets, flipping 200-pound tires, and running up our warped wall. We also offer Cardio Kickboxing and Kettlebell classes to keep your body guessing.

Do you train for obstacle course events or specialized outdoor fitness games? This is the place for you! We feature a 14-foot warped wall, cargo net, peg wall, and a salmon ladder as seen in American Ninja Warrior. There's no better place in the Twin Cities to train for events such as the Hard Charge, Mud Games, Tough Mudder, and Warrior Dash.

Not sick of your workout routine yet? You're in luck! Our gym also features everything you would need from another gym. We have traditional equipment such as free weights, benches, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and rowing machines always available for use.
