Do you train for obstacle course events or specialized outdoor fitness games? This is the place for you! We feature a 14-foot warped wall, cargo net, peg wall, and a salmon ladder as seen in American Ninja Warrior. This is the best gym in the Twin Cities to train for obstacle races such as the The Spartan Race, the Mud Games, the Tough Mudder, and theWarrior Dash.

Not sick of your workout routine yet? You're in luck! Our gym also features everything you would need from another gym. We have traditional equipment such as free weights, benches, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and rowing machines always available for use.
